Rumors,rumors,rumors!!!!! We have heard everything from the next batch of referrals to include part of June, none of June, the rest of May, a sliver of May, etc... The wait is starting to get to us now. Jordyn is ready to be the jie-jie and talks about Zoe constantly. She knows we will go to China some time this summer. Looking forward to giving everyone good news in the near future.

Happy New Year!!! We are getting very excited. Hopefully we will receive our referral for Zoe between March and May. Jordyn is becoming very excited about being a jie-jie. This is going to be a wonderful and exciting new year.

The last few weeks have been somewhat disappointing. We expected a referral for Zoe in January and now China has decided to slow down the referrals. Hopefully we will be receiving our referral in May or June and then traveling in the summer. Although, this is our second time going through this we are still very disappointedthe wait has become longer. We will keep everyone posted with the developments.

Well we have 3 months down since our dossier was logged in to CCAA. We spent the day at Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, with Amy and Darrin to celebrate our first trimester. Jordyn is so excited that next year we can bring the babies.

It has been two months since our dossier was logged into CCAA. I cannot believe what a big girl Jordyn is becoming. The other day she asked me how come it is taking Zoe so long to get here. It is difficult to explain to a 3 year old how this process works and the time factor involved. Jordyn's big girl bed should be here in a couple of weeks and the maybe she will "get" that the crib will be for her little sister. I'm sure when Zoe does come home Jordyn will want to know when she is going back. 2 months of waiting down about 5 months to go!!

We are just in the very beginning of the wait. Our DTC date was June 24th and our LID was June 30th. We are hoping to receive a referral in January and travel in March. Jordyn is looking forward to becoming a big sister ( otherwise known as a Jie-Jie). Our next baby's name is Zoe unless for some reason we are referred a boy. Then I am not sure what we will do.WE just received Jordyn's passport the other day so now we can at least travel out of the country whenever we wish.
